That's a beautiful tool. I made a similar jig for sharpening slitting saws on my d-bit grinder. It was nowhere near as nice though!

Great fixture you have there, I've just emailed you asking for the plans aswel, thanks for adding this video as I've been wondering how to grind them, it should also be good for drill bits and hopefully endmills aswel, I have a Clarkson pedestal grinder and do need to make some fixtures and jigs for it

You thought out and planned a perfect designed fixture. Really nice guy .Your down feed is too slow. Hole will be oversized Dowel pins are typically .0002" over. It should not have gone through.
