Hi Rea, I've been asked to prepare some Thai government workers for the test and have a question regarding the tip for not writing anything down. Is that for the entire test or just this part? Personally, as a native speaker, I find shorthand notes quite helpful. What's your reason for this advice?

For the entire test. That is because test takers will really not have enough time to write anything because the test is quite fast. I would say that instead of taking notes, they listen very carefully and focus on the questions. 🙂

I do find shorthand notes helpful in most cases but with the nature of this test, taking notes might result to them missing the next question. (When done in BPO offices, they might also not be allowed to write anything.)

Good dayy po! It's nice watching your video again! I have taken an exam this previous day on call center. However I'm confused if the company will call me if I failed. I would likely to ask if they'll contact me to know the result or never? And if yes, how long would it take to know the result?

If you're not selected, they might not contact you anymore. If it's about 3 days or so, a week max of waiting, consider applying to another company.

Thank you Ms. Rea! I've got my final interview today. The interview was good so far and the interviewer even have let me read a survey questionnaire. However, there was a problem in the middle of the call. It suddenly cuts off and I can't reach her back so I emailed her and apologize for what happened. She responded and said it's ok. She said that I just need to inform her if I am ready for my laptop so that she can check if the specs are within their requirements. It bothers me if I pass the interview or not because my sister told me that I pass the interview but I still doubt it. Can you enlighten me about this Ms. Rea? Thank you a lot for your response.
