Reaper guy CARRIES with NECROS and KAYJII - Overwatch 2 Top 500 Gameplay
This is just a video showing some Overwatch 2 Top 500 Gameplay where I play Reaper and some Soldier. I am currently a top 500 Reaper player in EU. So this video is just some Overwatch 2 top 500 gameplay.
We managed to queue into Necros and Kayjii who were most likely in a duo as they do that all the time. Was really fun playing with them and we managed to do really well with them and pull the game back for the W.
The second game was a shame but overall really good too.
Overwatch 2 Top 500 wasn't that hard to hit but I have been playing since Overwatch 1. I did start on xbox and switched to PC but altogether I have around 1900 hours and 800 of them have been on Reaper.
Reaper is the reason why I got out of gold/plat hell as you can kinda 1vs5 with him due to his lifesteal. It does get harder obviously the higher you go up but if I can get top 500 anybody can because I'm not the greatest player ever. I legit play like a plat but what I do differently is I try to play with my tank most of the time or I do the funny and get a 5 man or die instantly.

Unrelated but back in ow1/start of ow2 I was high silver/low gold. I managed to climb to diamond this season and I have a feeling I can go further knowing there's definitely room for improvement in me. So far my biggest improvement is my aim but I know that my gamesense is lacking. I would love for anyone to give me some pointers.

When I’m playing reaper myself and I get those moments where the barrels touch the enemy teams necks I found that vertical aim adjustments matter a lot more than horizontal because it’s a lot easier to avoid most of the spread incorporating back and forth movements compared to horizontal movement. So when you get those point blank moments maybe try just swinging your reticle left and right less and focus more on up and down to compensate for the hitbox rapidly changing as enemy players try to move closer or farther away from you.

25:00 since i play on console flick shots on reaper arent the most reliable for me personally, i used to play on like 80% (both vert and hor) sensitivity now i play at 50%

i play with a Razer Controller on max sensitivity and 0 aim smoothing which increases the speed too... up close i do pretty good cause I do weird flicks and it works somehow lol
