Reapplying PGR - Round 2

I thought I had another 2 days to get the PGR applied, by the looks of the lawn, I think it was just about to rebound, so good timing in the end. I am also going to mow a checkerboard pattern in the grass, well, I'll run the mower and see what happens, whether there is a checkerboard at the end will be up to the grass.

Maybe try limbing up the trees in the front to help get more sun in the weaker spots. Looks great!

I am not certain that I can do that. The council has planted all those trees and they maintain them. Maybe I can request that from the council. Will have to look into it after New Years.

@@DaveVLawnyes I’m sure they’d work with you since you aren’t removing them and instead limbing them a notch higher in order to maintain a better lawn which is part of the council’s responsibility to ensure houses/lawns are as well kept as possible. Best of luck!

Lawns really starting to take effect since PGR application! How to you find the ryobi edger? was looking at getting one myself.

I like the edger, it suits the size of the property well. I tend to go through blades about every 4 months, but I am hard up against concrete for most of the edging.

How is the ryobi sprayer?

I find the sprayer works great, there are a few negative comments about the older one. I am invested in the battery system from ryobi, so it makes sense to just stick with them at this point, and it certainly beats the manual pump sprayer. I am using the old sprayer for Glysophate now and just using lawn safe product in the backpack.
