Rear Naked Choke (RNC)

Find the Introduction course here submeta.io/@la.... The rear-naked choke (RNC) is the most common and iconic submission. It’s a technique that is practised in some form in many martial arts. In this video, we cover how to use the RNC to submit our opponent from the back control positions. Be careful when practising this technique, make sure to pay attention to when your training partner is tapping and stop right away if you are unsure.
