If reasons would : make the Sequencer Part of its Production more Open and Faster is mind Boggling Add a Hover and Zoom Feature to the Mixer so you can see more of whats going on Update the Mixer to a Black SSL 4000 E And Add Drag and Drop for your Plugins right in the DAW instead of having to place them in Racks Add the Tool Bar to right side of your Procuction Screen like Cubase 12 and 13 And update all of the native Plugins in Reasons Add Multi Track Exporting as an Option and being able to send out a Mp3 and Wave at the same time I think these 7 or 8 Changes would pretty much make Reasons the DAW out there But they are way to busy trying to make the Program "Look like its been overhauled" instead of actually doing it You guys might have to loose some money for 2 years to then start making money to stop the business from running itself in the Ground and everyone leaving your guys for Ableton, FL Studio, Bitwig, Cubase and Studio One....LOL

Ok lets address each of your suggestions, I have a video comming on Why I haven't used Reaon 13 yet despite buying it. 1 As I have said in previous videos Reason devices including Rack and mixer should have a quick easy zoom in function independent of the DAW sequencer. Using application zoom is slow and I dont want a gient stop play button. I want rack zoomed while the sequencer stays the same, I want it to be a scoll zoom. 2 They wont make the Mixer dark because that would make it to near looking to a actual SSL and they don't have the copyright. 3 They should allow us to choos what devices REs and plugins are in the drag and drop window, and also include Combinators. 4 Tool bar position can stay as it is. 5 I think making a update for legacy Reason devices could be done as it was ti the Rex loop player. They should at least change those old UIs to make the knobs and controls easier to zee on devices like the Maelstrom. I also want more half rack devices as a modular system the spicific purpose of using in making custom Combinators. The mini devices of the NNXT and Dr Rex type deal a small mini version of the bigger unit as half racks. 6 They have a multi track export and multi midi export already. I dont see the point of mixing MP3 with Wav.

I hate the new browser! I don't understand why they fucked it up so badly. The old UI was perfect for me.

I just hope you can have your library indexed as in having a dedicated SSD just for refills, loops and samples without having to physically move them to the new browsers tag special folder. I open projects that are 15 years old and they load up perfect each time. THis looks like a worthy $69 upgrade for sure to me. Don't need the synth or effects.

I did think that this new system might ruin the ability to load old project's and thats important because I still make new project's from old ones. Nothing more annoying then missing sounds.

@@HOLLASOUNDS Oh man. It's hell. Missing sounds. If this new browser causes the loss of old libraries being where old projects expect them then 12 will be my hero forever. Unless they update Reason, which they rarely do for stuff like this.

Tbh a quick process now made complicated, narrowing down things stops beautiful accidents also without 2 screen it's limiting control of the rack.all in all I will adapt but not a fan at first glance

I didn't update to 13, I was only going to do it for the channel however I forgot and missed to 20% intro discount now I'm waiting for a sale. I might however switch back to a version of 12 before they brought in offline mode, I don't ever what to have to log in when I payed for a stand alone licence, ok its only ones a year but still I don't like it.

i have reported a bunch of different bugs related to the new browser. They have solved some of them, but non of them are fixed. So I am on a mixed bag of feelings based on my input I had over the last months... I don't mind speaking about it because I have no NDA,,, so that's all good. but the launch and the things I had to cover... well.. sorry RS... you totally screwed up there intoducing this feature. Because... well... you won't like the amount of complaining I am doing because a page up button does not want to relaunch your program... yeah I have the details about this one on a hidden vlog entry I won't share. So there is that :P

Well I'm now regretting buying the 13 update last week because straight after that Seph nittiy, and Kickback Culture both made video's switching back to Reason 12 and complaining ablut the new browser. Kickback culture says after she finish her 30 day 13 series she will stop using 13 all together and go back to 12 until the issues are fixed. Your now the 3rd credible Reason user who says the same so the question to you from Me is "Should I install 13 and make videos on it or stick to 12 and if thats the case did I waste My money?" I dont need 13 I bought it to make more relevant video's.

The Idea is not bad, but it turns out horrible, you can not see what file you got, inside a folder where are mixed files, no colors, nothing, i dont like it, and when you close it, you always need to search your folder for new, i dont like it.

Ohhh I thought it loads back up the way it was last left? Personally I do find it a bit odd that in 12 the NEW BROWSER was a feature point and only after one full update it's completely scrapped? So making that 12 browser was a total waste of resources then?
