Just FYI there is this thing called "Double Equip" which lets you equip 2 secondaries. That saves time, so you didn't have to use the "trash pistol" so much. (In reality, in that game, there are worse secondaries, but the starter pistol is actually one of the better ones)

A little clarification on the servers (excuse my spelling as I am currently on a phone): Beginners are newer players from rank 0 to rank 10 (thanks guys for clarifying this). Default is a server where every gamemode is in one server, including FFA and Boss gamemodes. Pretty much an old-school gamemode from 2015 - 2016. Apocalypse is straight forward: only zombie vs survivor gamemodes are allowed. Battlestation is tryhard hell, never enter that server. It’s based on PvP gameplay mixed with broken mechanics such as quick switching between an instant kill sniper and a high damage dealing revolver. VIP servers are player made servers which are only created through the VIP server option on the Roblox website. Fully-customizable. As a person who has been playing the R2D series since 2010 and has been playing R2DA since Day One, R2DA is byfar the worst and the most grindfest game in the series. Stay away from this game and don’t support the developer in anyway shape or form.

I agree, it's way too grindy bearing in mind that I only started properly having fun when i got to rank 30+ which took hours on end since rank ups are slow and rare and also grinding for weapons is as tedious as the levelling but if you can get past that it's pretty fun. Wouldn't say it's worth it for new players. Also beginners servers are ranks 0 - 11's so when you hit rank 12 you have to play default. Then you just get bodied. The worst part is ranks 12 - 16 because the weapons aren't amazing and you'll have to play against high ranks frequently.

that "giant duck" was a event the main ones are king cherry cake which is a giant cakes son and also chronos which is a giant clock trying to break your lego set I have a feeling king cherry cake is the hardest for most beginners I recommend you keep playing it because there is alot more to do, there are mounts to help you escape from zombies from the bosses and all that stuff. Its basically the best zombie game out there so far xd

I played the old version of this game and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a great experience and really reminded you of L4D. It wasn't this cash grab for a game anymore and was actually fun to play. I remember when the hammer existed which would let people craft barricades which was a bit finicky at times but it did its job. Then I left for a while to turn this abomination of the good old game which was stripped from the features that made it worthwhile playable. Basically, the dev fucked up the great game it once was.

heya, a former R2D:a mod here. I wanted to answer some questions you had. (not like it fucking matters) Single player - uhh, don't play it. Difference between beginners and default is that only people that are bellow rank 10 can join them and most of the zombies are weaker. It's mostly meant for new players so that they don't get stomped on by sweaty veterans with too many hours in this game don't play regular battle-station. ever. period and about that "first thing I see is a cash server thing" this game's progression is so bad that people literally spend days getting new weapons in the higher ranks since after you get every gun in the game, or achieve every goal you have set for yourself, you run out of stuff to do so you are just stuck in a perpetual hell since doing well requires consumables but consumables waste a lot of money so you earn less so you're either stuck using the same weapons over and over again and dying because you lack the gear or you earn next to nothing due to having to spend your money each time you try to play the game. the best way to get money is to play on "void" servers (literally just a map with a goddam baseplate) or playing single-player (so you can imagine how fun it is to grind in this game) and not to mention that the balance in this game is so dumb. some weapons straight up let you dominate an entire server just because you have it. that's the entire reason why beginner servers exist honestly, rika, if you read this comment, give boardy a worse fate as it did not deserve to be spared for its sins (and just avoid the community altogether, it's so filled with corruption and toxicity that it's just not worth it) I'm done ranting now.

The duck boss at 4:35 is actually a limited time boss for an “Easter” event that got delayed heavily. There are two bosses that are played year round called chronos IX and King Cherrycake. You also have to complete an obby called a quest unique to each boss in order to unlock the boss fight itself
