If manuals are there in the form of Quran and Hadidth then, do study them first and then, question if anything is not clear. Nobody stops you to study Quran and Hadidth in proper manners. They will answer many questions of ours. If not then, do research. But the point is when we are recommended any book in MBA class and of we don't read the book and just start questioning then, teacher will again recommend us to read those topics first and ask questions if anything is not clear. Similarly, it is imperative to study first and if anything is metaphor then, do research or ask from any renowned Islamic Scholar. Don't mix 2 different things.

I believe while we adhere to our religion with pride we should bid adieu to conventionalism and try to excel in science without mingling it with our belief . Remember, Quran is not book of science, it's book of signs. Islam isn't scientific religion rather a divine and religion of truth meant to guide us to reach to Supreme God. Why did Muhammad have to love Christians so much? Why couldn't he say one word in his entire life against the people who would become half mad with insanity in their hatred and their curse and defamation of his name and character? Why did Muhammad have to love these Christians who hate him so violently? Why couldn't Muhammad love the Jews, or the pagans or the atheists or the Hindus or the Buddhists? Why couldn't he love those people nearly as much as he loved and praised and revered and honored these very Christians who curse him with such madness and such crazy insanity that sometimes they appear to me as mentally imbalanced obsessive compulsive disorder. No Christian can stay sane or even human when the name of Muhamad is mentioned, the letter M makes them insane, their hatred and their one million KZbin videos against Muhammad are not the action of a sane or civilized nation. If anything is clear and transparent then, there is no point to question. Like if you know who's your mother, then there is no point to ask the question to your father who is your mother. It seems very stupid. It reflects that things that are clear in Quran and Hadidth then, no point to ask questions. But for that we have to study those manuals in a very proper manners like we do as an MBA or BA student. In nutshell, we have a limited knowledge of Islam and limited knowledge is always dangerous for our vision. It may astray us from the right track.

جو کوئی بھی یہ کہتا ہے کہ ہمیں دین کے معاملے میں سوال نہیں کرنا چاہیئے بلکہ آنکھیں بند کر کے جو بتایا جائے اسے مان لینا چاہیئے وہ کائنات کی بدترین مخلوق ہے۔ یہ میں نہیں کہہ رہا بلکہ اللّٰہ تعالٰی فرما رہا ہے۔ سورہ الانفال آیت 22 کا ترجمہ، "بے شک اللّٰہ کے نزدیک تمام جانداروں میں بدترین وہ بہرے گونگے لوگ ہیں جو عقل سے کام نہیں لیتے". اس کے بعد بھی اگر کوئی مسلمان کہے کہ عقل استعمال نہیں کرنی تو وہ تمام جانداروں میں بدترین مخلوق ہے۔
