Secondly, Please correct me if I am wrong but, It just came to my mind, that the same Ayah quoted by awais, the translation is "We have indeed created man in the best of تقويم Now the word تقويم not only means mould or stature, but it has different meanings in different contexts, like تقويم الأداء means assessing performance, تقويم الأسعار means correction of prices, تقويم التناوب means single wave rectification, in these examples, the word تقويم indicates, assessment, correction or rectification which may indicate a process of perfection, and Allah knows best, baqi ham la ilm log hai na bio ati hai na deen aur na arbi itni khas

So there will be a greater or lesser degree of similarities depending on just how further away we are related. 70% may sound like a lot but in terms of genetics it would have been billions or hundreds of millions of years ago that we split from them

As a muslim, I read Quran with its meaning and have deep interest in science. I can confirm evolution is 100% real and there are multiple evidences of evolution. Although there would be missing elements in the theory. But I believe evolution is the process of creation by Almighty Allah. We can see the process through studying fossils of different species but we can also see a micro evolution with our eyes like Human beings transformation from liquid to clot and then become a crawling being, then standing on his feet, then gaining knowledge and intelligence. We can also see the physical changes in the species mosquito, butterfly, and frog. All forms of lives began from the sea. So was the Adam created like pottery. In pottery the design keep changes until it perfects same thing happen with evolution. Allah keep designing and keep changing species as the environment changes on planet earth. Rest Allah knows better.

@@MamaMama-sv3b Count the number of teeths we have and how many apes have. You'd get the same answer. Also see the similarity in the structure of Humans and Apes... You don't need to call apes apes, better call them animal form of humans. Also if you analyse the fossils so far collected of humans and apes are similar. You can't differentiate which one is human fossil and which one is ape. Their story may have mistakes but if you study how the DNA works, you'd know how we have similar skeleton like apes. Its also possible that apes are one of the species of adam.
