"HIP HOP 101" Two types of freestyle according to some people. 1) One is off the head made up on the spot. 2) Then it's your free to use any style or verse you want. So sway might want to drop the saying freestyle unless it's off the dome, it only confuses the fans. yet off the dome freestyle is the only freestyle IMO. Jay z say he only freestyle yet rappers know he uses a technique called "patch Adams". Where you freestyle some of the verse, go back and listen, find the weak points and mistakes, erase them, keep the good parts. Now go back in the verses and fill the voids with more accurate lines that you had a chance to dwell on.
