Hi i was issued a 221g instating i need to provide aka documents like cenomar due to have a birth certificate typo graphical error on it..but i have anotation on it..but i can provide the requested documents is there a possibility i will not approved?how long it will take of the result..i was interviewed by march 5 2020..sorry about my grammar please try to understand it,😊 god bless

My f1 visa case is under 221 g from August of 2018

I filed my I-30 March 2019 and wife had interview on Nov 21, 2019. counselor ask for chat , gifts , proof of relationship, etc. we did provide chat , passport stamps of mine in and out of country exit, wedding pic , marriage license and gifts receipts etc. we did upload same week and mailed them also. since then case dates get updates every 30 days but no visa or any sort of communication if anything else needs from our side. Now my question is what can be done with case like this? Case has been stuck since Nov 22, 2019 until today 03/12/2020. Can you help me? Interview happened in Islamabad Pakistan . I am USC and i filled CR1 visa for her .Thanks

Keep checking ur.case many b1 b2 cases got updated as u have immigrant visa app i am not sure about it but wait as AP take a lot of time when it comes to Fiance visa

Exactly same thing happened to my case. And they didn’t send back my passport and other documents, my case was in administrative processing and now it’s refused so what should I do??

It's still processing. They changed the verbage back in March so if you were on administrative processing then, they should still be processing it now. Reach out to the embassy to confirm your status
