Basically just because you can doesn't mean you should. Got removed for playing to the mechanics instead of using the mechanics to facilitate RP, sometimes to the point when he'd play to the mechanics despite it making no sense in RP or otherwise. Yes, other cops are guilty of it too but he was probably most guilty of it, to the point where he based entire investigations on mechanics despite mechanics not really making logical sense or putting in any additional work to make the mechanics support charges he wanted to push.

Suarez improved massively with reading the room and being less aggressive 4. Suarez wasn't as ''try hard'' in 4.0 but had little moments here and there like a bit too aggressive ramming here and not handling certain money laundering RP mechanics well. That didn't deserve a OOC firing imo tho. This was OOC, he didn't get daps nor was there RP that led to a firing. He came back from an actual vacation and suddenly he's fired. While very incapable cops like Cornwood are still allowed to cause chaos on the server and impacting the RP of people. They could've just talked to him OOC. ''Yo Remdogg, tone it down with Suarez. I think the only reason he plays cup is because: 1) they need another cop because the police are so down bad they don’t have enough people. 2) his main character crane is boring and has no storylines as he is an OOC admin inserted into the game, for purely admin reasons to basically run the city in the most undemocratic city Council possible that he came up with, so he has no reason to exist in the game. Did I mention he’s also very boring and no one wants to interact with him. Crane’s personality can best be summed up as “translucent sandpaper that smells like farts when used”. as its is transparently obvious he’s ONLY an admin with an abrasive deadpan attitude who kills the mood in every room he enters. (I thought that was pretty funny Way to sum up his character)

Agreed. Crane is the source of most of the crim nerfs that make playing crim such a grind. He is also the one who buffs the cops making the crim so easy to catch. He is also the one who makes the times and fines so punitive that it sets crime back so hard. Finally, he is the one who plays both cop and chief justice so he can take advantage of how unbalanced he has made the server. He’s a problem

Hearing him does make me feel for the dude - But I was totally in the headspace that he was going too hard too fast trying to break down things in their infancy. The mechanical thing is completely right and camping locations from a mechanic perspective would frustrate me as a viewer. Definitely feel for him knowing it obviously means a lot to him. I hope its a learning/growing experience for him as a person and Role player. On the other hand its equally as frustrating that he is NOT the only one... obviously we all know that at least 2 of the other problem children are only still where they are because of their viewership and entertainment value for viewers who enjoy that. There should definitely be some more consistency across this for the force.

I know of suarez, as a mainly cg rp viewer myself, he was a dedicated cop, always around, dedicated to the "t", and sure, he tends to go balls to the wall a lot, using mechanics and wtv, and this video is more or less all most people know of his situation, so who can really say, on one hand, this may look fair, but its also unfair, especially when you have other robocops out there, den shits and acorn, just to name a few. Hope he bounces back soon from this.

I am more of a crim view but Suarez always had funny interaction like letting peanut do scared straight or the over the phone mail he was send out. He definitely was was one of the best drivers at the PD. There are so many more officers that should be gone before Suarez. Here's thing IMO. Suarez when he tried was great at RP (hotdog stuff, dirty money investigation) however he repeatedly kept falling into the same cycle of there's 1-3 people I ridenwith and being gungho in chases to the point there was no breathing room. I can see why he got fired, I can also see a path forward if he actually RP's and doesn't always go into go car fast 3.0 unit.

CG4L here, don’t care for cop RP much besides Esfand, Ziggy back in the day and Soze. Sorry this has happened, bud. If you ever see this I hope you can bounce back. It doesn’t mean you don’t have a home in NP. I imagine with your personality type you may have been drawn to the structure of law enforcement. This could be a good opportunity to discover a lot of good RP. Who knows, maybe as 4.0 progresses, perhaps you could work for the Sheriff’s office or something else entirely. Hope you can find ways to bounce back. It’s obvious you care a lot and that’s important to the community. It’s not an inadequacy, it’s just not the vision they had in mind for 4.0 cop RP. basically he was the cop that got money orders to be marked for police seizure (and almost rolled bills too) b/c mechanically he knows they're used to clean dirty money. somehow a judge agreed and now we have this awkward explanation of 'well money orders come from other countries who do not align with the Los Santos' to explain why they're illegal. Essentially logically both in RP and otherwise it doesn't make sense but it became a thing because he argued it mechanically. I'm guess he's the one to get punished b/c he impacted the overall RP on the server where as other cops who have been guilty of prioritizing mechanics haven't yet either b/c they're not as good at catching people or they don't full commit to it like he did.
