I would like you to request a perusal of my file from the JCF, wherein I resigned in September of 1982 under circumstances which I would consider victimizing to my detriment under the command of Joe Williams. Kindly take note of the circumstances and conditions of my resignation which up-to-date have not being acted upon. It's understood that it's quite a long time, but it's cause for concern as to the direction upon which the Force operates even then and now. Why do the lawyers need a GLC court of their own??? Criminal matters are for the criminal courts. Why is it that the criminal acts by members of the legal fraternity aren't addressed via the criminal court? What has been done to raise awareness of mental health? What are the real mental health services available? How many persons who suffer from mental health issues have been imprisoned? Do we need to develop our own afro centric models for treating and dealing with mental health in Jamaica?
