I totally agree with this and it just feels so empty when there is no commitment. Unfortunately for me I was a virgin until I was 19 and then I was raped by 3 strangers...it was a devastating event in my life because I wanted to be a virgin until I was married...this spiralled my life into low self esteem and a series of abusive relationships that felt so empty. God has restored my entire life and I'm healing more and more daily, my vulnerability is real and I just pray for strength to have wisdom and understanding in all things. Evangelism and healing are my calling from God because there is nothing I havent been through amd I want to use my testimony to help others see the light of God's love.

He was probably using sex as an excuse to sleep with you because I find that if he really wanted to have you he would have even rushed the wedding. Ive been 3 years abstinent and couldnt be happier, GOD did that! Because i used to try and try to be abstinent by myself but i couldnt. I would end up in a horrible pattern and it was awful. I was destroying my body, soul and spirit. But now i am free thanks to the LORD , HE made me new and i am forever grateful GOD is so good. What gives me hope is imagining when I sleep with my future husband and thinking it was so worth it to wait. You are not alone! I have a baby too created out of marriage. Waiting for God and making that clear has ended a lot of foolishness. It has also brought a heap of healing to my life People may think its strange to be' committed to waiting but I want you to be' encouraged and know its possible. Now, I work full time, serve faithfully on the dance ministry and I have published my first Christian fiction book because of God's grace. I fell once after my little one was born, after I finished college because of a lot of personal reasons and trying to handle it all on my own, without seeking Godly counsel. I got stuck for a few months in a relationship that was verbally/emotionally abusive and that man attempted to kill me when he realized I was trying to end it after discovering he had an entire other woman.🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ For me, the fact that God allowed me to walk away alive I am grateful. I will never be' in the arms of another man, not without marriage and knowing within me that he is the one for me. I am in no rush. The book came a year after I repented and completely submitted my will for his. I will stay faithful to God because I know the enemy sees what I could not see/what I cannot entirely grasp. I am devoted to allowing God to use every gift that He has blessed me with for His glory. God loves you and I so much, He wants the best for us and our children. Stay faithful and committed to Him and His Word. It will be' worth the wait. It is a daily faith walk and temptation will come but surround yourself with sisters in Christ that will be your support when times seem tougher than normal. Phil 4:13 is so encouraging and read Romans 12 when you can. You are worth the wait!
