You are on point with everything you shared. A studio apartment isn't for everyone. Using a good quality air purifier not only eliminates harmful chemicals from indoor and out door environments but also eliminates unpleasant odors. Just something to consider.

Hi Black Luc, I actually was just at Oasis the other day. They really don't like too much filming, however they did allow me that one time. The updates are that the building is still very much under construction...a little further than where you saw it in the video. The new anticipated completion date is March/April next year...but that could change based on COVID. It is about 60% sold out, so if you are interested, contact Jackson immediately (his information is at the end of my Oasis video).
