The part about applying to related courses is extremely important, please, all aspiring applicants. In my interview, I was made to outline the similarities and differences of the two courses I had applied to 😂😅 That was a mess, but I fortunately for me the courses were fairly related in some ways so I had some things to say. Now imagine if you applied to 5 different courses and you are asked to make this list 🥴 My recommendation: Apply to a maximum of two. Universities in Sweden don't like it when you don't rank their program at the top anyway, so, not much will come from your second option going downwards.

I didn't have to. But when I applied over two years ago, there is usually a box for you to put down any additional information. A statement of purpose is not one of the compulsory documents. This is based on my knowledge from years back

Hello Nnena, please i couldn't apply for the first round of admission from October to January because we had not started clearance for collection of certificates and transcripts in my school, so i plan on applying for the second round of application opening from this month march 15 - May. But I'm worried if i will be considered for study permit after admission since its for second admission, with shorter time unlike the first admission. I'm applying for the same course for my bachelor's degree for masters too to be safe, but do i need to worry ?

Hi Victoria, non EU students are encouraged to apply for first round. You could get admitted, but processing time could be delayed for you and you may not make it on time. Also consider the other expenses involved like your proof of funds, application fee, and possible trip to Abuja. It is up to you to decide if you can take the risk.

Thanks for the video. So if someone is going for a Packege program (1year) the period of stay should be 10months? are you expected to leave and make you next application from home country? even if you have plan of applying for a 2years program.

You can apply for an extension to look for work after studies. In this case, you are allowed to stay back in Sweden while you look for a job.

Your statements usually shows transaction history. You can also get a letter from your bank confirming details. But the usual requirement is a bank statement.

Hi Enoch, for these three universities (Royal Institute of Technology, Lund University and Umeå University.), if you are going to study for a two year course, you can apply for a permit for two years. You are usually expected to show proof of funds for the period of the permit you are applying for the .

Are these the dates on your admission letter? A one year programme usually lasts less than 12 months. Contact your school directly for guidance

@@NnennaRG Yes it’s a spring program, that’s the dates on the program, I was made to understand that the same course if taken in spring is a 1year 5 days, while if taken in Autumn is 10 moths.

Hi Abimbola, unfortunately, I do not have a sure response to this. But I know someone who moved here heavily pregnant. In her case she was not called for an interview.

Hi Joy, if you study for two years, you present proof of fund for the first year when you apply(13 months POF). You also have to show the proof of funds when you do your renewal.

I have a question regarding the Work experience and Leadership form. In the instructions pages there is where it was written that when filling the leadership form, one should indicate the exact hours one was a leader, and if one worked first as an administrator in the same company before becoming a leader, that one should provide proof on the work experience form for both the administrative hours and being the head hours. Now my question is does this mean I will provide two separate work experience for same company? I hope to get a response from you soon.

Amazing information..but the truth is u can still do everything extra right and they will still frustrate you and your application..and delay you so much, and deny you with reasons that they caused out of the delay..just don’t put all ur eggs in one basket with them, speaking out of experience, and experience of so many of us that applied last year…unfortunately you won’t see most of this truth online

I personally withdrew my application to study from sweden from the embassy and asked my school to return my deposit due to the long, frustrating nd undeserving delay when i was waiting for my permit..and the story long..and the reasons are plenty cuz i came across multitude of people that they frustrated for no reason theirs and still rejected them..and I also want to thank you, cuz u advised me when I was embarking on the journey both here and on Instagram...I will text you on Instagram nd maybe call you nd share my story..nd story of so many nd also give you a couple contacts of Nigerians in Sweden, some of the very few that they give permit last year so you can verify my gist nd get more recent information from them and incorporate it with the amazing job your doing here already..cuz currently the process is nothing as y'all paint..so that people will be currently informed..cuz if I was, I wouldn't have wasted my time nd resources in the Svenska pursuit...Sweden is an awesome country and I will always root for them
