Hi, thank you for the video, very clear.I have T8+ with two water tank, the ozmo pro and the normal one (with washable pad). Now the issue is that with ozmo pro it is all working, but with the normal tank the pad is not mopping, it is dry and water do not mop it. I think it is not a problem of the deebot pump (because it does work with the ozmo pro tank), how could I check the issue on the water tank side? thank you so much

Hi, im from colombia in south America. Very nice video. I have a Osmo 930 and i have one problem. When i put the water tank i can hear the sopund that is ready to mop. buen then the robot start and make some circles and stop and try to return to the charge base. If i remove the water tank the robot works fine. Any advice?

If without moping plate deebot functions normal but after installing plate doesn't work n stop after few seconds then there will be 2 possible reasons: 1 both wheels rubber grip spoil & became flate thats why it can not move forward while moping. If u think tyres got grip in good condition then 2 reason is moping cloth...try another moping cloth. If moping cloth very rough n thread comes out then deebot wont move sometimes

Hi, I am having the same problem with my U2 pro. Couldn't find out how to solve it! Now i am not putting water in its tank, just sprinkling little water on floor so that the cleaning pad absorbs it and does not have excess water spilled from deebot. This trick seems to be working ok for me

Thanks for the video, very informative. Using floor cleaner seems to be a common mistake, shame the manufacturer doesn't think to apply a sticker to the tank saying "DO NOT USE FLOOR CLEANER, WATER ONLY", that may save a lot of us making the mistake. I have a Deebot T9+ & used pine-o-clean and now it doesn't work. Is this something I can take apart and try to fix at home or should I return it for repairs? Prior to this we were extremely happy with both the vac & the mop, it has exceeded our expectations.

I assume the tubes are blocked as you have shown on your videos. My question is, is this something I can try to fix at home or should I take it back to the store of purchase for repairs?

Good question...ok for testing plz remove moping cloth...make sure water tank full with water.. moping plate attached... remove water tank n plate together.... power on the deebot..once ready to use then attach water tank n plate without cloth together see weather deebot gives voice indication that moping plate has been installed???...if got msg then press water tank from back tightly n hold then pres auto button see water can dispense or not...if can then just water tank issue.. became slightly loosen from lock so need to replace tank only...if still no water then water Pump Issue... need to replace...but you plz check my other water pump issue videos as well... sometimes just pipe Tangled that's why water couldn't come...like this u can try at home first

Hi, I use a Ozmo T8 with pro attachment. After a recent mopping operation I found little bit of water inside the dust bin and the dusbin compartment. The quantity was very little. Both the filter and the sponge were dry. What could be the reason? Is it something I should be worried about?

I sometimes see this with non-pro attachment. I think it happens from the robot going over the same area again when it’s still wet, so it sucks up some drops.

Hi, Today I, received a Ozmo 930. Resale version. Shouldn't have issues but unfortunately there was no water coming out as told in this video. I checked the outside parts but didn't see something wrong. Thought maybe the pump is dry. Sp decided to put a Syringe (10cc medical injection) with some silicon hose on it. (end little bit tight up with wire) placed it over the intake nozzle and pushed water through. Had some resistance but pushed gently through until something felt like opening/popping. Directly after the 3 nozzles starting to flow water out of it. So also probably clogged or sticked tubes/pump. Maybe it helps others. Now working fine but keeping an eye on it. Luckily the pump or maybe only a motor is not an expensive part to replace and handy enough to do it myself.

And if not allowed to put cleaning dissolve in just wash the mop before and put some detergent on it. That's enough for one clean. Better than nothing.

Hi as you know to keep house safe from corona we have to use disinfectant .is there any special disinfection for reboot mopping or any other way to use disinfectant example adding on floor or on the cloth etc..

Rusty magnet also works perfectly just use WD-40 to clean the rust...if it's totally damage then plz find tiny magnetic piece & stick at same place...can use something to stick like hot glue etc..

I am not sure if my new T8 is working properly. I wash and wring dry the mop cloth, then set the mopping function to ultra high level water. But the floor is only a little bit wet. I never use detergent in the water tank. Can you help?

Ok noted...in this case if you want to test that how much the water dispense. Plz power off the deebot n turn on again once deebot ready to use then remove moping cloth from plate fill up the water tank to full. Attach moping plate with water tank without cloth. Insert water tank to deebot make sure u heard the sound that moping plate has been installed...if no sound then moping plate sensor not functioning. If got sound then just press auto button then u can see how is the water level bcoz all water will drop direct on the floor you can see on floor once deebot start moving. One more thing i let u know once u press auto button same time water start dripping for continuous 3 seconds then stop and after every 90 seconds will drip again for 3 seconds

Plz follow the instruction of the video if everything is ok but still water can not dispense then 3 reasons...1 maybe plate sensor spoil witch detects that mopping plate installed or not. 2: water pump volve block 3: water pump spoil... in all these 3 issues..you must send ur deebot to service center...or if u can buy water pump only then u can sattle at home...pump in Malaysia is 65 RM

If u use only Water then it won't block but it's ok. There's nothing impossible...I have solution for all issues...u can use normal needle or 💉 n try to clean from outside normally it starts working again if pump not spoil or the whole pipeline not block...if u can manage to open that Mop plate located underneath the dust box area then can easily open that pipe line it works if all clear

Actually some customers they shake the water tank with water inside to clean inside... But in result water pipe disconnect when water hit the pipe... N water tank is sealed from top... Means if any part disconnect inside we can not open n repair that part... Only solution is to replace tank..

After deebot turn on attach mopping plate..there should be a voice message that moping plate has been installed....if u didn't here this message means moping plate sensor not functioning. If u hear this sound then water tank issue needvto replace water tank...water pump in this model is very good quality one...wint spoil so fast...so its just water tank issue

1 thing u can try at home is...on top of water tank u can see black circle got 4 white dots on it...use a needle n pop in 4 white dots so air pressure increase then hopefully it start functioning again

After power on the deebot plz attach water tank with mop plate together see weather deebot gives msg that Moping plate has been installed or not...if got msg n deebot still enter in carpet area means carpet sensor faulty...located next to charging connector in whole...just replace that will be ok

Hi my Deebot is not dispensing water from the water tank . When pressing on the plastic button in the water tank , one or two drops of water are only coming out . Is that normal ? Or should more water come? I have tried making a hole on the 4 small circles like you suggested in the previous comment but it is still not dispensing water . When pressing on the button in the water tank , the pipe inside does not move or do anything ? What is the problem here ? Is it the water tank or something inside the robot ?

If u can hear the msg that moping plate has been installed means sensors working. Only water tank might be not connected fully a bit loose that's why pump couldn't build up enough suction to pickup the water from tank .. or water pump itself not functioning...without installing new water tank we can not confrm...or if any of ur friends using. 920, 950, t8, t8 aivi, t8 plus, t9 then u can try their water tank to confrm weather its just a water tank issue...because in all above model water tank & pump is same

In T8 water pump is different more powerful won't spoil fast... U can try an other water tank....hopefully problem will be solve ....before buying plz get help from someone who's using ozmo 920, 950, t8, T8aivi, T8plus T9 or N8 pro.... All these water tank is same... So just borrow for a while n test if water can dispens with this tank then just replaced new tank... Or can contact nearest service center for this help

Detol signe can not remove but detergent can remove with hot water...but don't shake tank else pipe Will disconnect then need to replace water tank...just leave hot water for few minutes then just gently turn ... detergent will comes out

Actually it's very rare that water hole block that's why water not drip... Normally in ozmo 950 few things need to check.. Water tank, when attach mopping plate so got voice message that water tank has been installed?? If not then mop sensor faulty.. If got then water tank or might be water pump is faulty
