Loved the granny skit! 😂 I’m in Ontario & the roads have been super slippery as of late, I can’t wait until it gets warmer. Thanks for giving back, your content has been great!

It's still snowy here but I'm anxiously awaiting spring. Winter seems so much longer now that I ride a motorcycle.

I wear earplugs EVERY time on my smaller bike, and most times on my bigger bike. I like my hearing, I’d hate to lose it…. I came over after seeing What’s up Bob do his video on winning the prize you awarded! Cool editing! I’m a new subscriber!!

Cool late to the party on earplugs i'm afraid cos the damage is done but try to remember them when I can but often I lose them whilst out 😁not good I know . I'm in the UK so don't expect to be taking part is the extra postage would be to much .I am living proof of the damage the wind and stuff can doo and it is a slow build too until one day you realize ,especially when the whistling starts .👍Well done .👌

MOTOCAT !! (sorry bout the delay...hope I'm not too late!) Hahahaha! Ali, that was a well done video!...but where in the heck did you come up with the Granny idea...you looked just like Vicky Lawrence from Mama's Family! 😄 On another note, I hope people heed your advice about earplugs..they'll thank you later in life. You mentioned 120db at highway speeds...I can't imagine what the Chiefs Arrowhead Stadium was like when they set the record for loudest stadium in the world, at 142db !!!!

Lol I get weird inspirations from out of the blue and just ride the wave so-to-speak. I'm actually wearing my Grandmothers sweater as a part of my costume. I believe it's from the 60s. She was a history teacher who liked to entertain her students instead of just providing a lecture. Oddly enough, I look a lot like her. Even without the wig haha. You're not the first to tell me I look like Vicky Lawrence 😆 I used to watch her on the Carol Burnette show and know what character you mean. Too funny! 142 Decibles, That is really loud. I can't imagine it. Definitely some hearing damage going on there. Happy you found my video entertaining. 😊 I like to make people smile. Thanks for watching!

I'm not sure I agree with you about earplugs. Sure, motorcycles can be very loud. However, I firmly believe that riders need to have full awareness of ALL their senses and surroundings! We need to hear what is going on around us as well as being able to see. As for those bikes with LOUD stereos? Not a good idea! Adjusting your sound while riding means that you are being temporarily distracted from your situation. One moments distraction can easily lead to an accident. Just my opinion here...Ride safe everyone!

I've never had an issue with hearing other things on my bike when wearing earplugs. I don't find they block all sound, they just quiet the sound so that it's not at such a high decibel rate which may lead to hearing loss. I personally find I can still hear sirens and things going on around me; It's just not as loud. Perhaps it depends on the type of hearing protection an individual is wearing when riding as not all earplugs are created equal. Different brands have different decibel ratings. Also, it's totally up to the person riding on what they want to do. I believe, if someone feels safer riding without them then that is how they should ride. Ride your own ride and stay safe!
