Yes it did! The apartment mod creator decided to make the mansion a buyable house and removed the apartment from in town. Tbh I have no idea why the hell they did it.

I was playing American Truck Simulator with a buddy, we both had those big 34 or 40 foot trailers, I forget. Well, since I'm the best trucker this side of the country, I looked down at my phone to decline a call. I hear 3 loud thuds, my buddy screams, I look up, and I'm dangling halfway off of a bridge sideways, my trailer hanging off at the 5th wheel. I look in 3rd person, my buddy is flipped upside down, covering the entire road. We don't know what happened.

I havent watched it yet because im at work. BUT IF YOU USE THE APARTMENT MOD dont update to 2.0 if you wish to have the apartment in town. The mod creator updated it and moved the buyable house to where the mansion is. EDIT: i scrolled through and saw he did in fact mention. That verson of the mod removes both the ghost and the water pump from the property.
