I have also filed in new tax regime on 7/7/24 tax is around 13500/- than on 10/10/24 i have revised return in old scheme I got refund acknowledgement of 13500/-. Plus my TDS on fd deducted by bank is 6648 /- it is showing in form 26 AS but not reflecting in income tax website. Also Rs.250/- self assement tax deposited by me also not reflecting in 26 as and Income tax site (deposited on 7/7/24) I think it will take 7-8 days . But TDS on fd is problem for me

Hello sir I'm filing ITR under old regime my normal rate income is 478000 (after deduction) and LTCG is 86000 (112A) but I'm not getting rebate even if my income is below 5 lakhs as we don't include 112A income in 5 lakhs limit if it is below 1 lakh

Same here, While filing ITR2, it is not giving rebate in income less than 5lacs with ltcga of 80k, calculating tax of 13500 after basic exemption limit of 2.5lacs. Pls comment here if you get to know any resolution

Even if LTCG is below 1 lakh...while calculating 5 lakh..ltcg is taken into calculation..if total of all income is going above 5 lakh..rebate is not applicable in old regime

Sir pl help in this case Salary Income 650000/- LTCG 250000/- Interest 28000/- Total Income 92800/- Std deduction 50000/- Net Total Income 878000/- As per Income Tax portal Total Tax Approx 34000/- Rebate us 87A 18000( on other than LTCG Tax) Net Payable Tax Rs 16000/-Aprrox. But while checking with winman there is no rebate available and total Tax is payable of Rs 34000/- What should I do ? Go with Income Tax Portal or winman ? Pl suggest any solution?
