I heard that agile people are stronger than the ones full of big muscles everywhere. She is so good in her discipline.

It can actually be quite dangerous to be flexible if you do not have the strength and technique to support it. The control to do all of those movements that showed her flexibility requires so much more strength than most people assume when watching it. This young lady obviously works very hard on flexibility and strength because she absolutely could not perform like that without both. I know many people just generally underestimate the dedication and hard work a performance like this takes, but it is a lot.
