I feel like Tim and Elfie were always so hard on this gymnast. Yeah, she had some issues but, it always looked to me like she was just nervous out of her mind on beam. She had alot of balance checks on very simple choreography movements, and some of the easier skills. Just a shame how her career ended. It ended before it really even got started.

Andrea Jimenez she was so pushed and she burned out eventually , it showed that she couldnt do the skills properly , the double arabian was rarely successful, her double yurchenko cost her her knee asically including her career, had she beeen more open to trying easier skills she might have been more successful

@@kevinsam3078 Sadly, this happens a lot with gymnasts from WOGA.

Yes I definitely agree. I get nervous alot on beam to :/ for instance she wobbled on a helicopter...its in my routine and yes, it's a hard but when ur in the Olympics they take alot off for that..she just needed to be able and try easier stuff to progress her way through this carrier

@iTumbleToo i kinda have to agree Carly Patterson, Nastia Liukin both trained at the same gym and now Rebbca Bross who also trained with the 2004 and 2008 olympic gymnast injured her knee. Everyone expects her to be the 2012 Olympic gymnast. That would be so much pressure!

You don’t hear her talk much anymore great gymnast. I wonder how she feels about her coaching and Usa gymnastics now
@robinnguyen41173 жыл бұрын
If she trusted her coach more instead of focusing make a super beam routine with hard dismount where she cannot execute well than maybe in more ways in one could have a better chance at make to 2012 Olympics (no guarantee still). She was solid gymnastic that all the skills but lack trust. Trust is very important. I know rebbeca wanted to keep the Patterson dismount but seriously there are so many other dismounts. I sad she didn't make. She'd retired. So it all the what if. Know we never know.

"super uncharacteristic step" and "dismount that's given her some problems in the past"....kind of an oxymoron there? from routines I've watched there's usually a step on that dismount

i’m a little confused. “a dismount that has caused her some problems” and “a very large super uncharacteristic step.” that’s an oxymoron. that dismount has always given her problems but when she does land it, it’s now all of a sudden not okay for her to take a step? i’m seeing an invalid equation here.

Im sorry but she is serious as fuck like she is actually that succesful or that it actually pays off , she should just relax because she is always hard on herself which is what makes her mess up , because she is a great gymnast

@kevinsam30783 жыл бұрын
Yall are fucking idiots, i never said she didnt win here, but she sure as hell never been consistent, and you can easily tell what a gymnast is thinking, she had always been stuck up, im not saying she was necessarily arrogant but she could use a chill pill or two, there is something called Focusing too much, and doing difficult skills that are not consistent, we seen over and over again that this only gets you burned out, and im pretty sure an american cup gold means nothing compared to a world championship or an olympic gold., she was too hard on herself and she never downgraded skills she was barely getting around, an that caused her injuries as well, at the end your mental and physical health will be affected. You dont really need to agree, i dont really care, thats my opinion.
