I got inspired with your video and bought your bag but returned it and had a very bad time with the customer service. They receive my return (i have a signed receipt from Fedex) but they never returned my money at all even after contacting their customer service multiple times. I would request everyone to not fall for the scam unless you want to loose your money and stop buying from Rebecca Minkoff.
