When the couple run towards you, what focus area do you use on the a7iii? Continuous I assume but with which area? Do you use lock on AF on wide, or flexible spot, centre? I’m struggling to find the best for shots like this. Also I’d love to know the aperture you choose for those running shots? Thanks in advance and I loved seeing this shoot! What are the laws regarding shooting on location in london? Do you need permits?

It depends on various areas. Some parts of London- eg: Embankment- Yes, areas like this you can get away with it if you're quick and discreet, keep it low key and and be prepared to move on if security come by. security is pretty common these days in lots of places.
