This is so beautiful Rebecca ... and I'm just so happy to be a member of the group so that I can view the entire tutorial ... I would definitely recommend that anyone who wants to learn to watercolor like this??? .. join the group or at least take the stand alone class .... there isn't a single tutorial in the group that isn't absolutely and totally instructive and they are all a delight to do!!!!! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and talent!

Whenever I try doing fur, my lines always look ridged. It looks so unnatural. I know I’m supposed to go in the direction of the hair but mine always looks elementary and fake. Is there a trick to it? Amazing work by the way

Thanks Mary! I use a Raphael Kaerell #0 brush - it has a nice, fine point. When picking up color, make sure the brush is clean and dry, and pick up just a bit of paint. Use the very tip of the brush to create the fur. You can find tutorials at my online school: rebeccarhodes.teachable.com/

Rebecca Rhodes, Watercolor Artist thank you so much answering my question. I would love to sign up for one of your classes but they are unfortunately a bit out of my price range. Have you ever thought of starting a Patreon page?
