I'm in the UK, the mother of my 9 month old daughter left me 4 weeks ago. I am the most devoted, hard-working, present and attentive 1st time Dad anyone could have asked for. I could feel my now Ex continuously prodding at me, however most of the time I was so tired after work I would refuse to engage......The long & short of it is, she got me to engage once, and from that has fled with my daughter, now she is playing a myriad of mind games, refusing to sign a 'Parental Guardian' form and now refusing to let me even see my daughter. This is like the worst nightmare I could ever imagine. However, I now see she is without doubt, 100% a covert Narcissist, she has played me like a violin, and is continuing to, the level of evil she is now displaying is mind blowing. I feel like o have had my heart ripped from my chest.

I’m so sorry that this has got to this level with you. They have no limits it takes you by surprise. Im also in Uk. The best advice I ever got is don’t let them control the conversation wherever possible so stay on her tail. They bank on you being tired and the better person. But even if you’re tired, remember that they do most of the work for you providing examples of their anti social nature etc and when the pressure is on you have a chance to get them to show themselves to outside eyes. But to do that you have to be there following up. Turn the pain into determination this is a challenge and you will be strong for your daughter and she will know. At the very least when she is old enough to make her own choices, something similar happened to a friend of mine he kept notes and she showed herself eventually the school were on it he worked with the school the outside eyes were the start she then collapsed under the pressure he got custody and is moving forward with a new family after a couple of years. There is a future it’s been altered but it’s still there. lm on the tubes if you need support tho I can’t offer much other than somewhere to vent. Sending strength to you 💫

@@CPE1704TK5 thank you, I really appreciate your words. I am 45, I don’t think I have shed a tear in 20 years, but I am now breaking down daily….It’s really not good. This is the most viscous thing I have ever experienced, I can’t understand how this is not against the law. I am logging everything, and the more calm and unprovoked I am, the angrier she gets, she has already began to dig a hole that will be hard to get out of…. But to think my daughter, who I’ve doted over every single day since the day she was born has gone through what she has the last 4-5 weeks is too much, never mind my own personal trauma. :(

I think this would be an effective strategy when dealing with any litigation. But I have seen narcissists implode, so assuming a judge (or jury) is paying attention, that could lead to them retreating since they don't want to look bad in the future.

If you have to care about what the Judge cares about personally, you are NOT getting an Objective Arbitration.! If you are somewhat needing to cater to the Subjective, Personal Preferences of a particular individual in order for your Real World Facts to be considered. ! Sounds like Narcissism in the Judicial System & Abuse Of Power is the real Concern .!🤔

NONE of these should be EXCUSES for why you are NOT getting an Objectively Reasonable Determination based on FACTS & EVIDENCE.! That is ENABLING.!
