The performance you've gotta see is Axl doing Free Fallin' with Tom Petty. He CRUSHES it as much as it can be crushed. I'm talking PERFECTION. 😃😄
@MrLjs203 жыл бұрын
I’d definitely go with Axl performing with The Rolling Stones on Salt of the Earth. Only time you’ll get Jagger, Richards, and Axl Rose singing in the same video. Also showed the range and talent Axl had that he could sing any song with any band and steal the show.

Agreed. Same goes for his 'Free Fallin' duet with Tom Petty. Or 'come together' with Bruce Springsteen. His 'prime' voice was something else. Could hit everything

Some great slower GnR songs: Estranged, Don't Cry, This I Love (although this song was after the breakup and with a different band lineup), & Sailing (Rod Stewart cover- Wembley 2006- again, with a different band lineup). Great GnR Live performances: Rocket Queen (Toyko '92- if you don't mind a little obscene rapping in the middle of the song), Civil War (Paris '92), & Knocking on Heaven's Door (Bob Dylan cover- Paris '92)

I saw them in concert August 5th at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. They did Patience as one of their anchor songs and even though Axl’s voice has changed they still sounded amazing. Such a magical night. Mammoth WVH opened for them, that’s Eddie Van Halen’s son Wolfie’s band and that killed it. You should react to their song- Distance, just have some tissues ready
