There has been a lot of glitching with the Star Wars Rebel Village and Lego is working on it. If you have Twitter or Reddit they update glitches @legofortnitestatus

I just replied to another viewer with the same issue: LEGO is aware of some issues with the Star Wars Rebel Village upgrades and are working on a fix. I don't know of a way to get around it until they fix it. There's a big update to the files coming Friday night so the fix may be in there 🤞

You just have to be holding the pumpkins in your inventory when you go to upgrade the village

@@CamronGoofy you have pumpkins in your inventory when you go to the Village Marker and you’ve completed the other tasks? You may be facing a glitch and those are sometimes difficult to overcome but you could try contact Epic Support
