Another useful video showing good and professional technique around the draping which is sometimes overlooked and not that readily taught at an extensive level. Excellent work and the ultimate goal achieved which is keeping your client comfortable.

I really appreciate the extra effort. It's not that I'm a prude, it's that I'm trying to get all the relaxation benefits of the massage and as a big-chested woman, worrying about whether I'm hanging out can be distracting.

interesting video! I personally prefer to do leg stretches with the client wearing a pair of shorts so that no issues of modesty, OR the hassles and time involved with secure-feeling draping are involved.

I was actually taught a 3-Ply technique during my schooling in Arizona. It is SUPER SECURE, but I need to practice it more as I have since transferred to another state and I am in my clinical phase of my Massage Therapy. I truly love her stretching techniques.

I found doing a stretch session prior to the bodywork allows them to remain clothed. No need to undress for stretching. Client was informed to wear stretch comfortable clothing like yoga pants the stripped afterwards.

Yes, you'll pick up all kinds of things from CEUs. Massage school is usually just basics.

This video is very educational to see how Western Christian Nations have modified ancient healing arts by restricting access to the body via the use of a partition and making it more difficult for the massage therapist to access the body and contact magnetic meridians through skin to skin touch while manipulating the physical body. Very interesting to also learn about the concept of safety in regards to Western Shame or traumas about the body. Thanks for making this. Very helpful cultural artifact. Cool stuff. The comments from other English speakers / practitioners of Western versions of healing are interesting too. The concept of "guarding" is very strange to a non westerner as well that someone mentioned below. The West is quite different in its approach for sure and its view of the body.

You are so awesome! 😊 Could you please make a video of movements or techniques for small (very short height people like me working on big bodies). I am 5 ft. tall with big breasts and that is my problem because whenever I work on big body clients, I have difficulty to find the good movements as not to brush my chest to their body. Thank you 😘

Great tutorial, but too much fiddling with these sheets. As you correctly said, it is better for them to wear shorts ...or go commando if both the therapist and client are comfortable that way. However, such manipulation for some clients may cause damage to their knees, say if a torn meniscus. Alll the best!
