Would you like to be professionally stretched? Notes about this video: 1. There are Stretch Labs centres in the USA and UK. 2. I expect a Thai Massage to have similar benefits. It’s a treatment I would like to make a video about! 3. This would be a fantastic alternative to a standard massage if you’re not into being stroked and rubbed and all that jazz - although I love that too! And also if you just don’t want to spend 50 minutes stretching yourself, then just go and pay someone else to stretch you. 4. Since learning the splits 12 months ago, (kzbin.info/www/bejne/iHKZe2yDp66oh80) I continue to practice every weekday - hence my flexibility. It doesn't come easy, and I often don't want to do it but also I don't want to lose the flexibility. 10 minutes every day...... 5. Some of the things I try may look gimmicky (or maybe they don’t?). My main message is to encourage people to take time for themselves to take care of their body and mind. That may mean paying to go somewhere and do something special or unusual, or it may mean sitting in front of the TV for 10 minutes to do some meditation or stretching. I hope this message comes across. 6. I really loved this treatment! Dee was fantastic. What a skill she has 🙌🏼

I have Fibromyalgia in LOT of pain 24/7. I have went and got a massage but NOTHING as good as this stretching, this is the BEST for Fibromyalgia. I use to go once a week and I felt like a new women, I was not stiff oh I felt so much better but husband passed away so I can no longer go. My pain is a 10++++ now, it's very bad. I don't get out of the house much anymore because of the pain so if you have Fibromyalgia go find someone who can do this to you and you will feel like a new person. You have to go once a week and after about 2 month's you will be shocked, I sure was. I really miss it. Insurance will not cover it but they cover pain pills, which I hate but you got to do what you can do to help this pain. It is HELL having Fibromyalgia it has robbed my life so if you are lucky enough go get this done, it's better than any pain 💊 pill and has no side effects.

Hey SoleBrother - your comment means a lot, thank you. I loved this treatment because I just loved being touched - erm, that sounds weird. But you know what I mean - I love massage, therapies, that kind of thing. Human contact is important to me. Perhaps it helped me being flexible but think what ever level of flexibility someone is, the stretch is still there, whether the leg is here ⬆️ or leg here ↘️. Angus would have experienced as much stretch as me, even though we had different levels of flex.

seems like all that stretches reseased some emotions, maybe psoas let go so you had that emotional reaction - no need to be embarrassed. I would suggest for you to try TRE - trauma releasing exercises. (if you are ok mentally meaning not working n trauma which we obviously do not know, not having panic attacks or ptsd symptoms). TRE can be just a very very interesting way to "exercise" on a deeper, emotional level where you get to see your body's reaction. Nothing too crazy and you can stop it anytime.
