I've eased a lot of pain in selfcare while watching this video. Thanks dear Alison.

I have had what seemed like a ant. serratus/oblique muscle strain injury. I was doing some partner gymnastic lifts with our grand daughter a month ago. My arms were located over my head when I tried to life the 70 pounder! I heard a pop and thought serratus. It didn’t hurt until later that night and was all Right sided rib pain. had a LMT do some work on those muscles as well as diaphragm work. It helped a little but I continued to search for answers. It’s been hard to get a deep breath and sneezing is out of the question!! I just watched this video and I do think that Pec minor was the culprit the whole time! I side what you said as best I could on myself and have gotten some relief!!! Your videos have helped me SO many times!!! Thank you!!!!❤️

This is what I needed when I had a frozen shoulder. The focus was only on the shoulder capsule but,because of my limited range of motion, my pec minor was just so tight and contracted. This would have done the trick.

Dear Alison. I truly admire your work and love your videos. I often share them with my students. I understand that during this corona-time it is hard to work with models, but I would love to see this work, both on the pec major and minor being done on a woman to see how we can avoid digging into breast tissue as we work on these muscles. Once again: deep gratitude for your sharing
@oambitiousone71004 жыл бұрын
Agreed: maybe a version from side lying as that moves the breast medial (gravity)?

A large breasted woman would be nice to see. Often the breast tissue falls upward into the neck. Seeing how to professionally work with those tissues would be very helpful.

I feel I have learned more from you & massage sloth then I did in massage school. Thank you, pectorals are the least touched area by therapists (feedback from clients). This will help my computer & driving clients as well.

This is so timely so thank you Ali! I’ve decided the coracoid process is the massage G spot. So C spot right? 😂. If you’re able to show this work on a woman at some point … would be awesome! I see another person is requesting as well. A bit trickier to work on this area with a female. Thank you thank you!!!

Former fitness coach of national league teams. Today, I have a channel that talks about non-profit volleyball and would like permission to use parts of their videos in about 10 to 30 seconds. when using it I will quote the source, indicate the channel and put the link in the description. Hi. Assuming you’re unaware but as a fellow body worker in this climate your products are in need of an edit on your site. The T-shirt that says sis and homie is using AAVE. If you’re not familiar what that means I encourage you to educate yourself on why a white woman should not be capitalizing on this. Thanks for your work, but keep in mind there is a lot more unlearning to be done. This industry is in need of informed therapists. More than just technique and body knowledge. Be well and up to date.

Wow what a total hatter🤦🏽♀️ seriously for this back handed compliment! Honestly it's all about the technique that she's doing and her phenomenal body work it's not her shirt! That by the way I think looks good on her.

Whhhhhy is everything about race 😫 if we could all just stop dictating what words, clothes, and hair styles can be used by certain races then we wouldn’t have the issues we have today. We could all live as one human race. Every culture has taken things from other cultures, let’s just chalk it up to flattery and keep it moving!
@jillianberberidaceae96624 жыл бұрын
@@His_Healing_Hands holy smooookes I wish it were like that, but it's not. I know you cannot fathom it, but it actually makes complete sense that anger would be an appropriate response to having one's culture capitalized on by descendants of slave owners. I know you're tired of talking about race now, but unfortunately that doesn't matter.
