Thank you so much for sharing your videos. You explain your techniques and their function so clearly. As a relatively new therapist I've found them extremely useful.

Thank you so much for your videos! I really love and enjoy them. As a CMT, I love seeing other techniques to add to my massages. I can't wait to start practicing and then bringing this into my massages when needed, and who doesn't need rhomboid work, lol. But thank you. You are so down to earth and funny and I just love learning from you.

I love your technique's... but would it be possible if you could do a session with a heavyset client?
@kaylahoneycutt95202 жыл бұрын
In my experience you just do the same to the best of your ability. If the client is relaxed and warmed up enough you can get your hand under there. Other wise face down just do the same

Hi and thanks for the video! Do you have any suggestions for doing this type of rhomboid work on clients who are heavier (than your client in the video) and whose scapula feels stuck to the ribs? I tried the technique of working the medial border and attachments with the client supine and my fingers were killing me after only a couple of minutes.

Thank you so much for your videos, they're so useful! I did this technique on someone yesterday, and when I pulled him to the side to work on the rhomboids, he said it was painful on the opposite side as he came down on his back again. Is this normal? Should I avoid this in future?

The ball, do you put it medially to the scapula? You said "underneath the scapula". If it's underneath the scapula, wouldn't it be uncomfortable?

This is exactly what I need someone to do for me. How does someone find the perfect massage therapist who has good techniques.

Trial and error. Ask your therapist to watch this video! Is she is offended or refuses, she's not for you.

I feel most people's rhomboids are already weak. no need to do too much work there.
