It can be a infuriating hard game at times. If you didn’t learn to dodge roll, them the omnidroid ball roll will always hit you and that drains thy health. Closer to the end of the game you will be swarmed by large number of enemies. He already talked Violets stage.

The game having them kill the characters is actually very accurate to the film. The Incredibles inspired a lot of discussion about how the kids kill the villains in the movie with no repercussions. It's a pretty dark movie, even for PG (which remember was a first for Pixar too). The game says "fuck it" because the film says "fuck it"

Dark Souls 1 and 2 plus the Bloodborne DLCs are some of the best I have played, and I would pay them with pride, since its actually production after the time of release. If you want, you could call the absurdly good Final Mix versions of KH1 and 2 DLCs as well, from before the term was a thing.

Had this on Xbox and loved it. I also had the sequel Rise of the Underminer which of course is now not canon. Loved it. I got stuck on that swinging section with Mr Incredible you showed off inside the base, but I beat Rise of the Underminer since there is hardly any challenge except late game bonus levels. I can't find my copy of either of them, but they were good times.

Battle for Bikini Bottom had plenty of development time, because Spongebob was an ongoing TV show. The Incredibles wasn't like that. With movie-licensed games, you typically are only given less than a year to make it in order to ensure it arrives in time for a tie-in. Of course Spongebob: The Movie, The Game was the same way, but since they had already developed the previous Spongebob game, they already had their controls, engine and graphics down. All they needed to do was hash out some levels and get the voice acting done.

I loved this game when I was a kid, haven't plyed it since then, but it made me pretty nostalgic. Particularly the first 4 levels, as at first I didn't have a memory card so I'd play games to the maximum point, I'd leave it running at night so as to not lose my progress xD

There`s lots of anecdotes of how much professional animators and artsy fartsy people in the commercial and fine arts fields hated videogames, a lot of art talent in the ps2 era (in the west) were burnouts and art school rejects lol, back when you could pùmp a AAA release with only a team of 15 people and a few months. is only the newer generation of animators thats bringing some loving for videogames, and the fact that they are now bigger than movies and don`t look terrible, polygonal and pixelated anymore.
