please allow me to answer this question as a reader.The Buddha had an intention which is to teach the people who want to learn. The Buddha show the Freedom from fear stress anxiety paranoid delusions etc.. .Buddha pointed how to practice in daily life to achieve theirselves .❤

Buddhism is teaching in real life of nature and realistic. Peace life living being, not to tight, not to loose, but stay in middle (neutral) path. Human being rebirth is because of retributions. Rebirth could be Human being world, could be Hell world or Animals world. It's depend on each living being defilements. So, Lord Buddha teached in his Ovada Patimokkha is: Refrain from all sins, do good, purify the mind. Buddha don't believe that if you bring harm to others, kill others living being then you go heaven in you die. that is false. Same as human rule of laws, if you killing other people, you good person with no trail and you are free then escape from it?. When Lord Buddha Enlightenment, he has the ability to know pas, present and future and he knows accurately everything in the Universe and he has traveled to this land of Nirvana. In the Universe, he described there are eight (8) place for all world beings and souls are born. They are; 1. Way to Aveci World (Lowest Section of Hell) 2. Way to Niraya World (hell) 3. Way to Asurakaya World (demons) 4. Way to Derajjana World (Animals) 5. Way to Human beings world (world human live today) 6. Way to Deva World (Gods and Goddesses-Paradise) 7. Way to Brahma World 8. Way to Nirvana World (above all) and whoever is able

+Ch Cha Energy and other sensations are common in insight meditation. Some of them are quite odd. Sometimes very pleasant sometimes unpleasant. Try to observe both pleasant and unpleasant the same in a detached way like a scientist viewing an experiment. Do not cling and do not push away. Watch the sensations rise and watch them pass away. Then move attention back to the breath (or whatever object you have chosen). Your experience is not enlightenment but you are on the right path.

I came to Buddhism from Christianity, when I no longer believe in the Christian story. I have two comments based on the early part of this lecture. First, how is the passing of the death citta to a new organism not simply another way of viewing the concept of "soul"? Sure, it's defined here in terms of process and not entity, but some thing (the citta) is being passed on after death. That's really the essential definition of soul. Secondly, this notion that without any view of what happens after death we will indulge in greed, hatred and delusion only I find itself a greed, an attachment. It is also provably false because there are people who have given up thinking about what happens after live who live selflessly and skillfully.

It's not personal. The individual does not continue. This is why the idea of a soul is explicitly rejected as a form of delusion in Buddhism. Think of what continues as being more like a river, not a thing but a process.

There is no such reuest or command as life existing from any Absolute one. The craving is not a request or command from an absolute one. It is only one's own mental quality.

Well for monastics that is true. As a parent one will have innumerable opportunities to resist craving and maintain a healthy relationship with the child. Desire is not the same as craving as there is a selfish component to craving and craving wants a certain outcome. I don't know what "craving" means to you but it sounds like it mean sexual relations. I don't think most, non renunciates in Buddhism necessarily see it that way. Through the middle way we can live our lives without unhealthy craving or it's opposite -- distaste for something.

Per Buddhism, it is non-self; what we call I and self or even real self is impermanent and therefore is non-self. non-self unfolds as we realize impermanence and unravel all that seems solid which is not solid or permenant. I think by getting there, we get to know our Buddha nature or our true nature.

I don’t really undrestand it how if I kill someone I will be killed by somebody in future. How does it makes sense ? Where is the free will then ? Where is the free will of that other person who is suppose to kill me ?

Karma is basically saying actions have consequences, how is that not true? I agree with u about rebirth not having any evidence, but a true scientifically minded person wouldnt say ita true or not true before evidence shows itself, thus you are no different from the person that says rebirth is real.

basically birth and rebirth are natural. it is natural phenomena of processes you don t need to believe. our work is to learn to develop the realization of these natural phenomena and there are many subjects that are relating such as Physic, Chemistry, psychology, philosophy etc
