Reborn box opening! She didn't have to lie!

Hi. Whenever I ship items, I tend to purchase a brand new box and put it together. I tape very well and purposely affix the shipping label neatly. The contents of the box are super important, but IMO, the box I choose to use for shipping must be nice and clean for the buyer. Outward appearances are important and make the buyers feel appreciated. Is it just me, or do others feel the same way? Spending a few dollars on a new box may cause others to feel its a waste of money, however I feel its a small price to pay for customers to feel good ❤

There is no reason for a person to lie, just be honest. So glad you received her safe and sound with the box being torn opened. I have had a few myself bad seller, terrible reborn and not compensated. So from now on I will try and stick with artist I know and have bought from before that are honest. We have all been there that is for sure. She was wrapped up well so that is good. She is beautiful, congrats. Dolly hugs Karen

Congrats on your baby . I can say though to the credit of the sender I have dropped babies off at the post office and nobody had scanned the baby in as accepted. Especially when the pandemic hit during that time and after I had babies go from label created to out for delivery 7 days later with no updates and I had them dropped off. So sometimes it is the post office mainly USPS. Which is why I stopped working with them. It got to the point where I had to tell the mommies "I know it looks like I didn't drop off the baby but I bet you the next Monday around they will go from label created to out for delivery. " And sure enough that week it popped up in the Scan as out for delivery. After I had to console panicked mommies thinking they were lost when I knew they weren't but I could understand their frustration ,however it wasn't anything I could do. I don't know if this happened with her or she really just didn't send it. Either way there was no need for her to be short with you on communication .

Best I've had yet when I bought a doll recently. I paid for next day delivery, (set by seller not me) and waited... 3 days and no tracking number added to my purchase . 5 days and still nothing. I contacted the seller who said she still had not shipped as she only goes to the post office on a Friday. but should get the doll by Saturday as she is using next day delivery. She just could not understand the math!!!...

Thanks so much. Yes, her prior Mom cut her hair and there were stray hairs ALL over. I thought it was coming out her head. But I've now washed her hair and the shedding was minimal. I'm guessing she never washed it, or cleaned her, after the hair cut. I'm so happy to have her.

Ohh Sis CONGRATS 🎉🎈🎊 She is so cute! I was so shocked when I got my Liam a while back bc of how big the kit is lol I Love those chubby thighs and adorable feet tho! Liam has some AMAZING limbs! They do flop a lot mine are the same way! However her head shouldn’t be floppy considering her size she would absolutely be able to hold her head up if she were real! LoL In sorry that you had an issue w the shipping and the box arriving damaged. That always scares me when I see that upon arrival! She’s so very beautiful tho and I’m thrilled for you!
