ReBORN＿NISMO restored car｜From June 2023 to March 2024

2020年12月、日産自動車の直系であることを活かし、NISMOのスカイラインGT-Rでのレース活動を支えたクルマ作りのノウハウ、そして、NISMO直営店であるOmori Factoryにて提供してきたメンテナンスやチューニングの知見や技術を土台とした「NISMOが考えるレストア車」を新たに定義し、「性能の可視化」と「新車レベルの性能に近づける」ことを掲げ、「NISMO restored car」としてスタートしました。
「NISMO restored car」の基準は、世界的に新たな価値を獲得し始めたスカイラインGT-Rをはじめとする日本車をより良いコンディションで後世へ残すことにもつながると考え、2024年3月には、5台目となる車両が完成しています。
In December 2020, we have newly defined "NISMO's concept of a restored vehicle" by taking advantage of being a subsidiary of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., by utilizing the car manufacturing know-how that supported NISMO's Skyline GT-R racing activities, and based on our knowledge and technology of the maintenance and tuning services provided at NISMO's directly managed store, Omori Factory.
It was launched under the name "NISMO restored car" with the aim of "visualizing performance" and "bringing performance closer to new car level."
We believe that the "NISMO restored car" standards will lead to preserving Japanese cars in better condition for future generations, including the Skyline GT-R, which has begun to acquire new value worldwide.
The fifth vehicle was completed in March 2024.
