It's not. Property taxes are insane. It's not on the lake, and custom made homes are a difficult sell because the wealthy would just build their own. The house hasn't sold in over 8 years.

@@1970pizza Jordan and other wealthy people in a large part contribute to charities, and if they've a quality advisory team their own charity (in the video jordan gave over $100 million, and coincendentally the amounts increased as his net worth and earning potential did too). Those are the biggest loopholes or purchasing art that I know of. Property taxes as far as I know can be credited, but only a small portion. I think property taxes were 180k at a point. Illinois economics are really unhealthy. The state has been stagnant in growth. No wealthy or extremely rich person would want to make a considerable investment in the state. To drive my point home, the host of NBC's show The Profit's Marcus Lemonis sold his home at a 3 million dollar loss, and it's about 8 minutes away from Jordam's. His house was an easier one to sell, and less avant garde.
