Rebozo Babywearing Tutorial

In this tutorial, I show you step-by-step how to tie a rebozo and how to wear your baby in a rebozo. It's simple!
I myself was intimidated by the knot tying, but after a little practice, I got it, and I want you to get it too.
The rebozo comes to us from the Mexican culture. As a Chicana, I am proud to incorporate this cultural element into my children's lives. And I believe that no matter your cultural background, you can incorporate this into your baby bonding practices.

This video was a savior in my first morning with a 3 week old baby. I am a postpartum doula and with my first client I was concerned how I would carry baby and still tend to tasks for mom and dad. I have a rebozo but definitely was intimidated by using it my first time and wearing baby. This video made it SOOOOO SIMPLE! And the baby who was struggling napping for mom, fell right to sleep for me after a change and feeding! I was able to tend to some meal prep and clean up areas for mom and dad while the baby slept on me! Thank you for this incredible tutorial!

Yes it is. Just make sure babies knees are in an M shape, and that his spine is curved on your chest. Make sure the neck is very secure, so tighten the material to hold its head up. Let me know how it goes for you! 😊
