I don't recall off the top of my head. I do know that were right in the middle of the tolerance range from Butler. This was a new crank with standard bearings. I only tested a couple of them and they were good, so I proceeded with the assembly.

Will that fit with roller lifters?

I used hydraulic roller lifters and had no issues with clearance to the valley pan.

What Foot pound rate did you torque the manifold bolts down to? Also what was the torque rate for the bolt that connects the timing chain cover to the manifold? Thanks!

Per Edelbrock the correct torque is 25ftlbs for the intake bolts for the 2156 intake manifold. They have a spec sheet that shows the correct order for tightening the bolts online. For the bolt connecting the timing chain cover/water pump housing to the intake I just went by feel. It has a rubber gasket, so I went until I felt it had a good compression on the rubber. There may be a specific torque spec or a better way to do it, but it felt and looked like it made a good seal. I haven't fired up the engine yet, so not sure if it is going to leak or not. Hopefully this information helps.

@@DoItMyselfGarage yes, very much. I will be replacing that round seal between the intake and timing cover. Mine is dripping. Already got the intake gasket kit and seal. Thanks and great job on your GTO! 👍🏻
