Can confirm that Ricardo made the BMS for the P1 battery. I've worked on the later hardware revisions of it when preparing it for a 1500 Vdc nominal traction system. As a side note, the difference between the P1 and P1 GTR battery was entirely software. The hardware of them was identical.

@@jasonmajere2165 oh, no, that's about what they would should probably cost. The development, testing, certification and production NRE was, I reckon, 10x that figure. Everyone's got to make profit, the component cost of the batteries isn't small and you're only making a few hundred of them. Then when you're talking replacements, if it has to be built to order, it'll always cost more for a single unit. It kinda /has/ to be expensive to balance the books.

Tavarish, you've basically turned into the Quentin Tarantino of KZbin car builds! Your storytelling, the twists, and Jack's mad skills... it's like watching a cinematic masterpiece but about cars. Can't wait to see the final "credits roll" with this beast tearing down the highway. 🎬🚗💨

Once this build is done it is going to go down as one of the best builds ever done on KZbin and it’s going to take a long time to top it if ever.
