Great to see the owner getting into the build. These Vintage cars, have SOUL. Because they were built by many human hands. Modern cars are mostly built by robots. There isn't much HUMAN into their Creation. You will see, it's personality come out, more and more as it comes together, !

My biggest regret of the build is that I should have gotten the entire car sandblasted. It would have saved me so much time!! But hindsight is always 20/20 👀 😂

One step at a time! Looking good! You can rebuild the hinges with new bushings. That will help a ton on getting the door working/aligned.

Good to see some panels being bolted back on Dusty. The Bauer seems good. That filler (Bondo) or ‘dogger’ as we might call it was ‘thicc’ and it took it down quick. Like you say a long way to go but at least you can see the wood for the trees. The rear wheel arches look surprisingly good actually 👍. I’d suggest you or Mrs Mac use a heat gun to ease getting that blue tint off. Looked like a struggle but maybe you went that route afterwards? Keep grinding - literally😂

I never skip through your videos.. please do a video on that tool.. maybe not for removing the old everything but for sure to prep panels... I might get one....dont feel bad... i got the scoop mounted on the hood as smooth as butter but im currently working on the hood complete restoration video and my hood was worse than your door.. im guessing some kids were jumping on it in the past... you cant tell because i did the bodywork on that hood 20 years ago... but what was underneath what i fixed was 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

Yooo! Thanksb Michael, yeah my wife picked out the color and it is a twilight turquoise which is a factory color she saw on a 66 mustang. Its a beautiful color 😃
