The Lambo was always going to be faster in those conditions as it has an inherent advantage by having 4wd, so in damp conditions it can put its power down more easily. However I think it would be interesting to do a re-race in dry conditions as I think it would be a lot closer!

Rusted exhaust bolts on a 1yr old car makes me feel a bit better. When I put the JCR titanium side silencer delete on my (2007) 997 GT3, I got nearly the whole job done, on axle stands, in my garage, with a mate helping, but there were about 3 bolts rusted solid. Ended up having to put it all back together and take it to my local, friendly MOT garage. They used some of those fancy induction heating coil tools to get the bolts undone. Was pretty impressive.
