Rebuilding A Wrecked 2021 Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP!!!!

What a machine, and I have barely looked at it for a week. The main parts on this bike are INSANE and INSANELY expensive. Each fork brand new OEM is 3,000 a piece. SHEEESH. Im amazed at the technology and engineering honda has developed to come up with such a machine!! Very blessed to be in a position to purchase, build and ride such a work of art. I had this exact bike, It was absolute horrible stock, un rideable, sat In my garage for 9-months waiting for someone to crack the ecu, eventually got it flashed. Bike was ok, it had super annoying things about it, like that stupid key fob, no where to put it, is it on, is it off. The fairings are extremely difficult to remove, alot of tabs that you can’t find until its too late and the do break. Bike was fast, but wasn’t confidence inspiring. I sold it to a dealer/friend. They had a hell of a time selling it, nobody wanted it. It had a $7000 -WSBK Akro full titanium system. Long story short, I couldn’t be happier with my 2023-Kawasaki ZX-10-RR, it’s absolutely insanely fast and incredibly easy to ride fast, cruise control, and a normal key. The ZX-10-RR is also extremely easy to remove fairings/parts. I will never go back to Honda again. Hello Kawasaki, 2024-Carbon H2 on order in October!! Ride Green!!!!

This looks like a great base bike for a start of a project compared to some of your past builds!!! I don't this you'll find too many big surprises, like water in the cylinders and there seems to be no big catastrophic cracks anywhere....yet. Good luck, enjoy!

I did a transit damage (new in crate) claim on one of these first year when they were new - sub #10 production number. Part for part, it was cheaper to fix than a 2020 CBR600. Very easy bikes to work on and nothing overly complicated with them. Touch up the bottom of the right fork too if your not going to replace it.

I saw the copart post with my Dad and told him if we could bid on it. Because I'm based outside of the US, it would have been more expensive for me to buy due to the tax I would have to pay to bring it in inside my country . Cant wait to see the finish rebuild! God Bless
