I know it’s crazy! It actually looks worse. The 370z at least had a “z” logo on it. These keys just have “Nissan” written on them. Same as a Nissan Altima 😅

Is it tuned? If so what mods does it have on it?

It's got a bunch of mods from Z1 Motorsports. Cold air-intakes, single exit exhaust, coil overs, and yes possibly tuned!
