This video was Jack's skill and knowledge as a body repair guy on show. Jack made the reshaping and hammering out that crunched up section looked fairly simple but I'm 100% sure it's one of those tasks that would be incredibly hard for a layman to do right. Really impressive stuff and great to see the Evo progressing.

Love to see accident damage rebuild footage along with modifications to make it better than stock! The general public doesn't get a close enough look into the skills needed to take something that damaged and make it better than new.

Love watching this stuff man, I used to work in bodywork and honestly I wrench everyday, as a motorcycle mechanic and before the last body shop I was a car mechanic... Can’t wait to see what’s next for the Evo, going to be an interesting journey The one thing I can’t get my head round is the lack of spare parts as I would have thought a company the size of Mitsubishi would have had some spares available, even if it was some kind of authorised part sold by an independent company

Jack. That’s very nice work on that panel. we always tried to fix what we had. As we had it and always was quicker than having to look for go get a new panel. The pulling pole is fun to use and amazing what is possible to do with it. Great work keep it coming. 👍🔧🔧

Glad you didn't have to straighten out a frame rail but an awesome 'hustle' on the bracket/frame. I have seen just about every frame body puller there is but not that one. We usually tied it up to a towbar and pulled. Works if you are careful. Interesting to watch and learn from an explorer like myself. Keen.

Jack, some advice for firewall clean up: ditch the mat and replace it with DEI heat tape sheets. Also consider ditching the cluster of abs lines and do an Evo 8 RS ABS delete kit. The entire firewall will be much cleaner.
