Rebuilding All Sims 4 Lots! - Ophelia Villa

Today we're tackling Ophelia Villa, also known as the Goth residence! This Gothic inspired build has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, all ready for a family to move into (or for the Goths to buy!). Renamed to Beatrice Villa on the gallery as a small nod to Shakespeare's 'Much Ado About Nothing'.
