Rebuilding an Abandoned S15 Silvia in Japan! (Both Strut Towers Repaired)

The abandoned S15 Silvia that I bought in Okinawa, Japan now has brand-new strut towers that are 100% rust-free! This was the biggest step to fully restoring the car & why we have been at a standstill for so long! Spoon finished his work today & now all that's left is a few little things & the car can go to the paint & body shop!

Peach nectar, mmm. We have the Kern's or Jumex (depending on where you live) that make that stuff here in the states, but we also have mango and guava nectars if peach isn't available. Love that stuff in the morning or even after a long day at work. Glad to see some progress on the abandoned S15. That was a car that I've been wanting to see restored and driving again, definitely keep the blue and as Spoon said, make it a clean street car. It was cool to see Kota on the screen again. You need to do more collabs, but I know you both are very busy people, cheers!

Hey Sammit, Great job putting this S15 back together. sorry if I missed a portion you covered about actually purchasing the abandoned vehicle. Were you able to contact the owner and purchase the vehicle outright with a simple transfer of ownership paperwork at the JP Rikunkyoku, ministry of transport department where the vehicle was last registered? Was there a lot of "back taxes" that were due" if the owner did not tell the Rikunkyoku, ministry of transport department that the vehicle would not be driven any longer? It is funny that you can do a "shaken" of a vehicle at any ministry of transport office with an original shakensho and proof taxes were paid, but ownership has to be done at the transport office location that governs that particular area. Keep up the good content.
