Alisha had a stroke in 2016, aged 26. She was a primary school teacher at the time: “The last thing I remember was texting, but I didn’t really know what I was typing. My mind wasn’t coming together.”

Alisha's luminosity and resilience, in these dark times, should stand as an inspiration to all of us. I hope she attains all that she wishes.

Alisha is inspirational. It’s now at least 4 years since the programme was made. Would it be possible to make an update to show where she’s at in life now?
