Rebuilding My Custom Shapeoko 2 DIY CNC With Mods And Fixes

I'm planning to rebuild my custom Shapeoko 2 DIY CNC that I designed it to cut standard 2ft x 4ft sheets. I've had plans to upgrade it since I originally built it and while it sat in moving boxes for years, so now that I'm putting it back together I want to implement all the upgrades and fixes I thought of years ago.
I want to use the DeWalt DWP611 router so I need to make mounts and a dust shoe for it. Also I expect the heavier router to put a lot of stress on the structure so I plan to reinforce it.
To make it all look nice and not be covered in dust I'm making an electronics box as well. I'm going to use XLR connectors for all the wires, some eBay buttons for start/stop/pause and an E-stop to avoid disaster :p
PS I know 6ft x 12ft is not 3m x 6m, it's closer to 2m x 4m :)
