I thought that might be Blue Compass arm. It seems to be well liked and reviewed. Thanks Brian.

@@PastorVaughn I do like the look of the Compass arm and functionality of the cord management. But I’ve had some difficulty keeping it in position. I use the Røde PSA1 at my work office and it’s pretty great. As long as the mic has some heft to it, that arm stays in place really well.

Glad to see the studio back together. I am sure it was a very long process. Also, I am so glad to FINALLY be able to get a tour of the studio! I LOVE IT!!!!

Haha! The work was tough but thankfully it went way faster than we expected. And making this video in the process made the work a little more enjoyable... just a little.

Sucks that you had to deal with that but we're glad everything worked out in the end. And your studio looks awesome 🔥🔥🔥🔥
@PracticallyBiblical3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, the damage was pretty minimal and I guess I learned a few things in the process so there's that :) I do love my studio space but I can't decide how I like it best so I keep moving things around 🤣

Dang. Sorry you had to deal with that... glad it wasn’t too bad.

It really was a blessing for friends to come help so quickly. I was 8 hours from home and couldn't do a thing to help right away. 😦

What an ordeal... I’m sorry brother , that would definitely stink for sure. But things are looking good, great work man. At least you could do most of it yourself and have the satisfaction of a job well done! Praying for you brother

Thanks! It really could have been so much worse. The work isn't fun but the finished work is definitely satisfying! Appreciate you!

Really happy that you were able to get everything dried out and back together. So smart to ensure that nothing (important) was on the floor to be damaged. I definitely want a list of the gear you have. I need to get a new mic arm and I'm hoping to build out my home office so that I can record from home. I love the aesthetic of your place.
@PracticallyBiblical3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Vaughn! I try and keep the aesthetic simple, you know a little black, a little white and maybe a splash of gray 😂 I'll pin a comment soon with all my gear and let you know when it's there.

Just added a list of my gear. See pinned comment. If you have questions about things you saw on the quick tour in this video that aren't listed, let me know and I'll send more info.

How did or better yet how did it get flooded in the first place? Are you afraid it may happen again? So pleased that you are back in business blessing on you and yours.

We had a downpour like we haven't seen in our area for years. Somehow the sump pump got an air bubble in the line. Once we got the air out the suction in the pump started right up. Definitely something we're going to have to keep an eye on.
